Elena  Sanchez was born and raised in the Republic of Panama. She came to California in 1992 and fell in love with the beautiful state. She is a Mother, Wife, and a hard-working professional. Working in the hospitality industry all around Southern California since 1997, she fell in love with the design and planning of weddings and quinceañeras. During this time she has been planning different events like Weddings & Quinceañera shows, craft shows, assisting planners and designers at fundraisers, and others.

Working in that field helped her to acquire a lot of experience in designing, decorating, planning, organizing, networking, controlling time, etc. Working behind the scenes in the banquet/catering business, she gained knowledge and experience on how an event should be handled. It doesn't matter if the event is big or small, everything will be handle with professionalism.

She used any moment available to educate herself about anything that could help her grow as an individual and help her to grow her business. 

Elena has Certification in Flower Arrangements Design from R.O.P. and Redlands Adult School; a Business Office Administration  Diploma from U.E.I.; Certification in Hospitality, and she is a Certified Wedding and Event Planning Professional, acquired at Lovegevity University as well.   She was on the Honor Roll at U.E. I. She is Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Elena has experience in sales, catering sales, office, event and catering management, and hospitality. She started as a server and worked up to Supervisor/Sales Associate, and then to the Catering Sales Manager position. All this helped her to acquire the knowledge on how to manage all contact with the vendors and how every event needs to be run behind the scenes.
