This Package is designed for couples who have taken care of the majority of the details of their wedding, but want outside assistance directing everyone and overseeing everything on the wedding day to ensure that all will run smoothly. Deposit $250.00 Package $1300.00 Consultation with the Bride and Groom to find out information about the wedding and explain the planning and coordination process. Unlimited email communication from the date of contract. Unlimited text, chat or phone call communication during the "Month Of" your wedding. Two more planning meetings, this could be a budget consultation, design, catering meeting, venue walk-throughs, or any other necessities for your event. Communication with contracted vendors to confirm arrangements, oversee contracts, and delivery times for the day of. Develop and distribute Wedding Day Itinerary and Timeline for members of the wedding and vendors. And communication/assist them during the entire day. Help the Bride with her gown and assist the Groom and wedding party. Set up and Tear Down of Decor not handled by a specific vendor (favors, name cards or seating charts, programs, candles, etc. We will coordinate with you to obtain all necessary vendor final payments and gratuities and deliver each of them by the end of the day of the event. We will attend, oversee and direct the CEREMONY and RECEPTION (up to 10 hrs). (Extra hours can be added at an hourly rate). Make sure all personal/rental items go its owner.
