Outstanding!
Elena came to the rescue. We only had about 3 weeks to the wedding and she came in and took over. I couldn’t of have done it without her. She is very professional and respectful to your wishes. There were so many things that need it to be done that I wasn’t aware of. Thanks to Elena I was able to enjoy the very special day my only daughters wedding.

Great experience working with her!
I had a great time working with Elena. I'm a videographer and she has been very flexible, patient and she was able to make adjustments when it was needed. I would definitely work with her again and recommend her to other couples. Overall we had a great day, and it was a great party!

We are really happy to have Elena as our wedding planner for our daughter’s wedding reception at Langham Hotel. Elena is a very patient, caring and available all the time when we have questions. The reception went very well because of her organized arrangements.

Elena was and is a life saver! I was a Bride-to-be who thought she can plan and coordinate her wedding on all her own within 8 months. And while I got a few things set, when it was just two months and a half out, I was beyond stressed with a lot still to do. I was lucky to find Elena and have her available for my wedding date. I had her for month of coordinator and she was amazing enough to get a jump start with a few things from when I booked her. She was very detail-oriented with every aspect (especially for a very traditional catholic and Hispanic wedding). It felt great not having to check in with vendors the month of wedding because all I had to do was relay a message with Elena and she would get in contact with them within the day. I fully believe 100% that I was able to enjoy every aspect of my wedding because I knew Elena was there. Elena is a sweet soul but also knows how to get what needs to be done, done.

Amazing!!!
She was behind amazing! She did so much for me and help be decide on ideas, took care of any changes and made a perfect outline for the day. She was so helpful and went above and beyond for us! Really great and sweet person! Got the job done and things went smoothly and get my nerves calm. Thank you so so much! So grateful!

True Guardian Angel 🥰
Elena from Guardian Angel has been nothing but awesome! She helped us right from day 1 and met us at a venue walk through along with our caterer and decorator. She has been so professional and patient with us throughout the whole planning process. We really feel like she had our backs and always made sure we chose and got what we liked and wanted from our vendors. She knew to also give us her expert opinion and suggestions when needed. On the day of the wedding, we was truly a Guardian Angel! Everything went so smoothly. Our guests and vendors are still talking about how organized our wedding was. All the credits go to Elena. She was able to coordinate about 175 guests and over 20 vendors. It was awesome!! We are truly satisfied with her services and cannot recommend her enough!! Thank you Elena and your team for making our wedding by a dream come true!

My husband and I are extremely grateful for the services provided by Elena and Andrea! They were amazing and made sure everything was perfect for our wedding. Truly, they both went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our time. They made sure we drank and ate our meals. Elena offered help throughout the entire process, which relieved a lot of the stress. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator/planner, Elena is awesome!
