Tips for the bride on things she needs to do before the wedding.

The followings tips are necessary things that you need to do to help you get ready before your wedding date.

  1. Prepare your skin in advance. Hydrate yourself everyday with enough time before the wedding. If you take care of it early enough, your skin will look radiant and your makeup will look perfect.

  2. Be sure you have the makeup and hair style trial. That way the makeup artist will be sure what products to use and the colors you wish to have on your special date. Be sure you let them know if you don't like something so they can correct them.

  3. Don't change your hair color, creams, lotions, or tanned your skin. New products can give you allergies or damage your skin, or ruined your hair at the last minute.

  4. Don't wash your hair the day before or the day of the event.

  5. Coordinate with your Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist the timeline. The starting time will depend on how many people will received the services and the time you need to be ready for. Be sure everybody know the time they need to show up for the service. Choose a place with a lot of natural light, outlets, tables, space room especially if you have several artists.

  6. If you are at a hotel or a house always choose a designated bathroom for pooping, otherwise the area close to the work area will be smelling all morning.

  7. Steam your cloth the day before no the same date otherwise you will ruined your hairstyle and makeup.

  8. Order food so you and your bridesmaids can eat when you are getting ready. Don't get sick or pass out because you are drinking alcohol without eating or not eating at all.

  9. Be sure you use a white coat or any open shirt in the front. That way you won't damage your hair style, makeup and your gown. Remember to get dress from the bottom up.

  10. The transportation is very important. Especially if you are getting ready in a different place that is not your venue, and following the timeline to be sure you are arriving you are not late on your own ceremony. Be sure you have a limo service or a designated friend or family member to transport you. The same at the end of the day with your partner. Check the distance between one place and the other and make a timeline for your transportation, forward to the person in charge to take you around and follow it.

  11. Make a music list to keep you entertain when you are getting ready.

  12. Choose one of your bridesmaids to be in charge of being sure you have everything you need to get ready and for the photographer to take the pictures. Carry a small bag with you for touch ups.

  13. Let the photographer and videographer know if you want some photos and video to be taken when you are getting ready with your family members and the bridesmaids.

  14. Try not to drink any alcohol before the reception time. Rest the must you can and drink some liquid IV to keep yourself hydrated.

  15. Try your shoes, walk with them for a few days before the event date. Take another pair so you can switch them to be more comfortable.

  16. At the moment you pick up your wedding gown, be sure someone check the order needed to bustle the gown tail. If it is necessary record a video.

  17. Be sure you have a designate person to pickup everything you have at the hotel bedroom and put them in the designated car.

  18. Before your ceremony or photos, take a towel or paper towel and dry them. That way you won't ruined your gown.
