    Please, try to decide a date before you decide to start planning. If you don't have a date yet for your event, try not to look for vendors until you are ready. They won't be able to help you if they don't know if they will be available. Every vendor usually have to pay to obtain the leads information, unless the leads go through the vendors website or write to them directly.
